If you receive your bill directly from the insurance company, they have a special billing department to answer all of your questions. Please be mindful that these direct billing relationships are offered by the insurance company to you as a service, but a costly one if your payments are not received in a timely fashion.
Please make sure to mail your payments to the insurance company not less than 6 Business Days from the due date to make sure it is received and processed in advance of, or by, the due date. If not, a cycle of computer generated events will be put in motion to cancel your coverage. While it can be stopped by receipt of your payment within the cancellation period, many insurance companies monitor the number of times this happens and may choose not to offer reinstatement or will require the full premium up front rather than offering various payment options.
Please remember that we will never call you about a late payment or cancellation. The only notices you will receive are those issued directly by the insurance company. Timely premium payment is solely your responsibility in order to maintain continuous coverage.
