Every business has a personality. If we could describe Berry Insurance’s personality in three words, they would be fun, modern, and educational. And just like in life outside of business, every personality meshes well with certain personalities, and not as well with others — it’s just how life works.

A couple months ago during the beginning stages of the COVID-19 pandemic and ensuing financial crisis, we published the article Ways to Save on Auto/Home/Renters Insurance During a Crisis.

Some shopping is simple. For instance, put me in a book store and I will have no problem at all shopping.

By now, it’s apparent that the fallout from the COVID-19 outbreak is far more significant than we imagined a few short weeks ago.

COVID-19 aka Coronavirus is affecting us all in different ways. Some of us are continuing to work our regular jobs (either at the office or at home), having been deemed essential employees. Others, however, have been furloughed or even worse, laid off! These are certainly trying times for us all.

Ahhh, trees. They’re beautiful to look at, create shade in your yard, and act as a habitat for the birds. But they also have more practical value -- they clean the air, slow water runoff, and buffer noise pollution. They even help save on energy costs and increase property value! They’re an appealing and sensible component of your property ... unless they fall on your home.
